Delivery

Free local Furniture delivery — within 20 miles of DE13 7DN
We offer free delivery on all furniture items to addresses within 20 miles of our base in DE13 7DN (Staffordshire). This covers a wide area including Burton upon Trent, Lichfield, Uttoxeter, Swadlincote, and surrounding villages.

Delivery beyond 20 miles
For deliveries outside the free zone, we charge approximately £20 per additional 20 miles (or part thereof) beyond the 20 mile radius. As every journey is different, we ask that you request a delivery quote before purchasing if you are outside the 20 mile area — we'll confirm the exact cost promptly so there are no surprises.

How to request a delivery quote
Simply contact us with the item(s) you're interested in and your postcode, and we'll come back to you with a confirmed delivery cost before you commit to buying.

Delivery timescales
Once payment is confirmed, we'll be in touch to arrange a convenient delivery date. Larger or more fragile pieces may require additional care in transit — we'll always discuss arrangements with you before dispatch.

Packaging & care in transit
All pieces are carefully wrapped and protected for their journey. We take great care to ensure your furniture arrives in the same condition it left us. If you have any concerns on delivery, please photograph the packaging before opening and contact us immediately.

Local collection
Collection from our base near DE13 7DN is welcome and free of charge. Please get in touch before purchasing so we can confirm availability and agree a suitable time.

Returns

Our returns policy
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll do our best to resolve the situation fairly.

Please read before you buy
All our pieces are original vintage items — one-of-a-kind and honestly described. As with all vintage furniture, minor signs of age and use may be present; we consider this part of the authentic charm. Any significant marks, repairs, or wear are clearly noted in the product description and photographed. We ask that you read listings carefully before purchasing.

Return shipping
If a return is agreed, the cost and arrangement of return delivery will be discussed on a case-by-case basis. Items must be returned in the same condition as received and appropriately packaged.
